Ben was born in London and has written for the original Doctor Who series including 'Battlefield' and 'Remembrance of the Daleks' - the season openers for the final two Seventh Doctor seasons broadcasts. He has also contributed to 'Casualty' and 'Jupiter Moon'.
He is the younger brother of Owen and journalist David.
