Quest Crostime (UK: Crosstime Agent)

Having survived the adventure of tracking down the rogue level-hopper, Blake Walker is inducted into the strange world of the Crosstime Agents after his mental block is proven to be resistant to their attempts to make him forget their adventures.

After passing out of the academy, his first mission is a routine trip 'down' to an empty world where fellow patrol agents are attempting to seed it with life. Also on this level are the daughters of the head of the patrol and Walker is asked to make sure they are safe.

Unfortunately, the younger girl has gone missing, though only her sister seems to be concerned. It could just be that huge storm that is rapidly heading to the patrol base is absorbing all their attention but when their means of off-level communications is found to have been sabotaged after the storm had passed, things begin to look more serious.

And when Walker's hopper is sabotaged partway through the return hop, it becomes very serious - but who will ever get to know?
